The Hierarchy The Directorate of Employment & Training (with respect to the GRs) have the following hierarchy. At the top level exists the Directorate followed by the Divisions and finally the Branches. GRs exists within Branches. The Tree The entire hierarchy (as explained above), has been presented in the home page in the form of an inverted collapsible tree. Each level of this tree is pre-fixed with either a (+) or a (-) sign. The (+) sign indicates, that the level is expandable into more levels. Clicking on the (+) sign expands that level further. The (-) sign indicates, that the level has already been expandable and may be now be collapsed if you wish so. GR Details The level of the tree is organized by Directorate, Division, Branch and GR. To be able to see the details of any level of the tree, you may click the particular Level of the tree and see the details of that level in the right-hand side pane of the screen. The details include the following: GR No. (If the level is either Division or Branch, then it shall be 'N/A' i.e. Not Applicable), GR-Date, Directorate, Division, Branch, Description, References (explained below), Remarks and Favourites. Note: As soon as you sign-in, the details of the Directorate are displayed in the right-hand side pane of the screen. |
